Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, INC.

Sandy Creek High School will be the next testing site for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia,
on Thursday, December , 13th. The education session wil be held Tuesday, December 11th.
All students will have the benefit of recieving educational material on the subject. Parents will
recieve a notice about their child's test results within 7-15 business days. Parents will also have the
oppotrunity to be tested at the same time as the students.

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parental consent form signed before tested.
